Are you going to take my shops?
No. Your shops are written down as yours on day one. We don't call on them and we don't bill them. If you leave, they were always yours.
If another partner covers my shops, will they keep them?
No. Cover work is written down as yours before anyone steps in. The partner covering does the job, bills it the way the agreement says, and steps back. Nobody calls on your shops while you're out.
Is there a royalty?
Not on your existing book. 0%. Things like the app or the billing team have their own price, shown in writing before you sign anything. You only pay for what you choose to use.
What does it cost?
We set that together after the first call. We want it in front of a lawyer before we put numbers on a website. You see every number before you agree to anything.
What if I want out?
You leave with your company, your shops and your data. Exit terms are in the agreement from the start, not made up later.
Do I have to change my name or put your logo on my van?
No. You keep your own brand.
Will you tell me what to charge?
No. You set your own prices. We will never ask partners to line up their prices with anyone.
