These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Absolute ADAS LLC ("Absolute ADAS," "we," "us," or "our"), including our mobile Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration services and our SMS messaging program. By accepting a quote from us, providing your phone number to us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Absolute ADAS provides mobile ADAS calibration, key programming, and vehicle diagnostics services to commercial automotive body shops in Western Washington. Service appointments are scheduled in advance and performed at the customer's shop location. Pricing, scope of work, and performance specifications are described in each individual quote.
We text you only after you opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional SMS box on the booking form at
absoluteadas.com/#contact; by telling our dispatcher yes when she calls to schedule or confirm your job (she reads our consent script and logs the date and number); through the online consent form at

Absolute ADAS SMS
Two-way customer service messaging for body shops who use Absolute ADAS for mobile ADAS calibration services. Messages from us may include appointment confirmations, technician arrival ETAs, calibration completion notifications, links to completed reports, parts and pre-work requirements, and invoice or service follow-ups. Inbound messages from you are received by Absolute ADAS and routed to a member of our team for response.
Message frequency varies based on the activity of your job. Typical volume is approximately ten (10) messages per job, with a maximum of approximately twenty (20) messages per job in unusually active cases. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional broadcasts.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each SMS message you send or receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Invoices for completed work are issued through Zoho Books. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified in writing on your quote or invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collections in accordance with Washington State law.
All calibrations performed by Absolute ADAS follow current OEM position statements and ALLDATA repair procedures. We document and report on every calibration performed. Our liability under any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by applicable law.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without fee with at least 24 hours' notice. Less notice may incur a trip-charge equivalent to our standard mobile service fee.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or customer information with third parties for marketing.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by direct notice to active customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
